Sorry that posts have been a bit sparse recently, its just that I'm doing my exams so have been busy revising. I'll try and get back to normal as soon as I can. So, today I thought I'd do a post on exercise which was one of my new years resolutions. I was doing well with this until I had a week or two off over Easter because I didn't have much time and couldn't really be all that bothered. Since then I've not been eating all that healthily or doing much exercise, I've really struggled to get back on track. So, I thought I'd do a bit of a motivation post because when I put my new years resolutions post up a few of you said that you were trying to do more exercise as well.

These are a few of my favourite fitness, motivation quotes. There are a lot more that pop up on my Tumblr dashboard that I love but I thought that I'd keep it to four otherwise this blogpost would be far too long!
I thought I'd also share a few of my favourite workouts with you as well:
These are my two favourite workouts because they are so simple and easy to do, you don't need anything and you can do them anywhere at any time. I also like doing Cassie for Blogilates workouts (Blog: http://www.blogilates.com/ YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIJwWYOfsCfz6PjxbONYXSg) and following the Tone It Up (Blog: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIJwWYOfsCfz6PjxbONYXSg YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/ToneItUpcom) girls workouts and the series they do.
